Operations Support Specialist

JFS at Home/JFS Senior Care is seeking a skilled Operations Support Specialist to join their team in Boca Raton, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top talent for open positions
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Provide exceptional support to employees through timely and professional communication
  • Assist with various HR administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR assistance, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Understanding of HR laws and regulations
