Overview
Award-winning Park Restaurant and Bar seeks a skilled Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the back-of-house operations, driving menu innovation and exceptional service.

Salary
$55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Plus, enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and gym membership.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader who can motivate and train our kitchen staff to deliver consistently high-quality dishes. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, planning menus, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You will also work closely with our front-of-house team to provide seamless customer experiences.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a lead kitchen role in a casual or fine dining restaurant
- Strong culinary skills, including recipe creation and menu planning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
