Join our team as an Executive Chef and help shape the future of PLANTA Restaurants. This role requires a seasoned leader with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $102,500, plus bonus opportunities. Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance coverage, paid time off, and ClassPass Wellness/Fitness Program are also included. Additionally, you will enjoy 50% discounts at all PLANTA locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role includes:
- Leading the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Developing new menu items and seasonal specials in collaboration with Executive Culinary leadership.
- Taking ownership of profit & loss, managing inventory, and minimizing waste and labor costs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A track record of progressive sophisticated-casual culinary management experience.
- Solution-focused and hands-on leadership style.
- Ability to motivate others and build diverse, effective teams.
- Solid financial acumen with experience successfully managing budgets, food cost, and inventory.
