Culinary Leadership Opportunity

Join our team as an Executive Chef and help shape the future of PLANTA Restaurants. This role requires a seasoned leader with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $102,500, plus bonus opportunities. Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance coverage, paid time off, and ClassPass Wellness/Fitness Program are also included. Additionally, you will enjoy 50% discounts at all PLANTA locations.

Key Responsibilities

This role includes:

  1. Leading the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  2. Developing new menu items and seasonal specials in collaboration with Executive Culinary leadership.
  3. Taking ownership of profit & loss, managing inventory, and minimizing waste and labor costs.
Requirements and Qualifications

  1. A track record of progressive sophisticated-casual culinary management experience.
  2. Solution-focused and hands-on leadership style.
  3. Ability to motivate others and build diverse, effective teams.
  4. Solid financial acumen with experience successfully managing budgets, food cost, and inventory.
