Role Summary

YELLOW - Union Market is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and menus

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of cooking experience, including 1 year in a sous chef position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
