Job Summary
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating profitable business from our range of equipment, developing assigned territories, and implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base
- Generate profitable business from our range of equipment
- Develop assigned territories and build relationships with customers
- Implement solution-selling approach to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry
- 2+ years of direct sales experience
- Technical background with ability to learn engineering concepts
- Project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
What We Offer
- Base pay range: $40,000.00 - $62,965.00
- Total compensation package includes base pay plus robust commission plan
- Generous benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, wellbeing, and a retirement plan with employer matching contributions
