About the Role

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating profitable business from our range of flooring equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base
  • Build relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of equipment and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience
  • Strong solution-selling approach and technical background
  • Project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
