About the Role

Rise Brands is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Department. As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated social media strategies that drive engagement and brand growth for all brands within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Design and implement social media strategies that align with brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Creative Team: Work with our in-house creative team to develop compelling content for all social media platforms, both paid and organic.
  • Measure and Optimize Performance: Establish primary KPIs for social media campaigns, measure performance, and use data to make informed optimization recommendations.
  • Manage Social Media Content: Develop and implement comprehensive social media content calendars for each brand that are aligned with company goals, tap into cultural trends, and deliver consistent brand positioning and tone of voice.
  • Lead and Manage Team: Manage 1-2 direct reports, fostering a high-performing, energized work environment that reflects the company culture.
  • Community Management: Oversee community management by engaging with followers and other businesses, responding to direct messages, and providing customer support as needed.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to provide paid social campaign input, including budget, audience, and objective recommendations.
  • Content Creation and Partnership: Manage partnership with field teams to capture relevant content for location social posts/engagement and oversee social media influencer and brand partnerships program.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile data and analyze metrics across social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports that include analysis of insights, ways to optimize spend, and suggestions that inform future brand strategies development.
Requirements
  • Education: BS/BA in marketing, communication, business, fine art, design, or relevant field.
  • Experience: 6-8+ years of marketing experience focused on social media management and/or content creation.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, highly proficient in social media support tools, and analytical and creative thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Leadership: Experience leading and managing social media teams.
