Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external asset requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of visual content.
  • Retouching and Editing: Collaborate with external vendors to retouch and edit images, maintaining the brand's visual identity and aesthetic.
  • File Organization and Maintenance: Develop and maintain a robust file organization system, ensuring easy access and retrieval of assets for stakeholders.
  • Studio Support: Assist the studio team with on-set digital tech work, ensuring seamless execution of photo shoots.
  • Campaign Imagery: Crop, rename, and upload campaign imagery to be used online for e-commerce projects, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Partner with Creative and Digital Capture & Retouching teams to build Capture One sessions and QC existing sessions, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal departments to adhere to deadlines and budgets, providing regular status updates and monitoring internal messaging channels for image naming conventions.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal departments to develop and modify digital workflows, improving efficiency and streamlining processes.
  • Asset Accessibility: Organize files in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring easy access for partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a photo studio, retouching, or asset management
  • Technical Skills: High technical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, and Capture ONE
  • Color and Image Knowledge: Strong understanding of color and image constraints, print and digital mediums, file formats, metadata standards, and asset organization best practices
Critical Skills and Attributes
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Extremely well-organized in maintaining file structures, transfers, and storage
  • Visual Acuity: Excellent eye for detail and color acuity
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
