About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Cloud Software Group. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities and cross-sell our products.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads to identify potential customers and close deals.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years of software sales experience.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
