About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Achieve. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and contact warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer, utilizing a consultative selling approach to educate potential clients on the benefits of our debt resolution program.
  • Overcome objections and close sales in 1-2 calls, consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to facilitate a quick and smooth enrollment process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
