Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Account Executive to join our sales team in our Florida office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for presenting Pipedrive as a leading solution for the CRM needs of our trial prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales quota by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Understand basic business concepts, structures, and processes to effectively communicate with customers
- Conduct consultative conversations with in-trial customers to understand their businesses and needs
- Perform demonstrations to showcase the value of Pipedrive's solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide appropriate solutions
- Search for business opportunities and trends in a proactive manner and apply this knowledge in the job
- Learn about Pipedrive to become a specialist and provide the right fit solutions to solve customers' problems
- Build loyal Pipedrive clients by performing outbound calls to prospective and current trial customers
- Interact with team members and use the appropriate tools for collective development
- Track and document sales-based conversations and activities in our internal Pipedrive system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Sales background preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely well organized, with great attention to detail
- Customer and results-oriented
- An excellent collaborator with a can-do mindset
- Strong active listening and questioning skills
- A team player and problem solver with a competitive attitude
- Good negotiation skills and highly empathetic
