Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Specialist to join our team at WEG Electric Corp. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and guidance to customers and outside sales personnel, ensuring a positive and complete customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary interface for WEG, guiding customers and outside teams through the inner workings of the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Receive and process customer requests, proactively involving all company resources to answer questions and meet customer satisfaction.
- Continuously grow knowledge of WEG catalog products to quickly and confidently support customer applications.
- Evaluate and process inquiries to provide pricing, stock availability, and necessary modification and/or engineering requirements.
- Process orders, verifying all information to support order accuracy, on-time delivery, and the customer experience.
- Proactively follow up on opportunities to ensure all customer expectations have been met.
- Oversee company-identified accounts to ensure the customer base continues to support company goals.
- Coordinate with and provide support to an assigned list of outside sales team members, focusing on removing obstacles to enhance their ability to grow new business.
- Lead the on-boarding process for new customers and develop those accounts until they can transition to a team account.
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of experience supporting customers or outside sales personnel.
- Functional Microsoft Office skills.
- Modest understanding of industry trends, market forces, and customer expectations.
- Basic product knowledge and applications.
- Proficiency with the product catalog.
- Phone etiquette for customer interaction.
