Job Summary:

Wild Mind Ales is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a THC Sales Representative. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the Duluth, MN market area and other Northern Minnesota regions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the craft beer and cannabis industry, with a strong understanding of the Midwest territory. They will be passionate about craft beer and THC, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts in the Duluth, MN market area and other Northern Minnesota regions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with the brewing team to create sales goals and strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities with distributors and maintain clear communication of brewery capabilities and goals.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, including tastings with retailers.
  • Monitor and report progress of sales goals and target accounts using data analytics tools.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the craft beer or cannabis industry.
  • Working knowledge of the Midwest territory.
  • Passion for craft beer and THC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to regularly lift cases and maneuver full kegs when required.
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and clean driving record.
