Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Lakeshirts. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and potential customers, promoting and providing in-depth knowledge of our corporate apparel products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, including corporations, small businesses, healthcare facilities, and manufacturing plants.
  • Promote and provide in-depth knowledge of our corporate apparel products, highlighting their quality, uniqueness, and the overall Blue 84 brand.
  • Achieve the weekly expected number of lead visits and calls set by the Sales Manager to hit sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders and projects to drive success.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to expand your customer base.
  • Keep customers informed about new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience in apparel sales is preferred but not required; aptitude for sales coupled with energy, grit, and determination to sell is a must.
  • Must live in the territory they serve, including being or having the willingness to be an active community member.
  • Prospecting is your greatest strength (you love the hunt).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong closing skills; ability to listen and ask the right questions to get customers exactly what they need.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of corporate apparel market trends and customer preferences preferred.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems, including Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel.
