Job Description:
">We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager.
">About the Role:
">- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing our B2B sales efforts in a dynamic environment.
- This role is crucial in driving revenue, managing a dynamic sales team, and ensuring our strong presence at key industry tradeshows.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Tradeshow Management: Plan, coordinate, and attend major industry tradeshows to showcase DMP's products.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
Qualifications:
">- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the marketing products industry and experience in B2B sales.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
