Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Tradeshow Management: Plan, coordinate, and attend major industry tradeshows to showcase DMP's products.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the marketing products industry and experience in B2B sales.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
