About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, executing sales strategy, and identifying customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HVAC/R industry and wholesale industrial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned accounts by executing sales strategy and initiating contact with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and sell HVAC/R service and products that meet their needs.
  • Keep customer information updated and manage individual contract and SKU pricing.
  • Prepare for sales calls specific to the needs of individual customers and track customer activity and trends.
  • Create goals and forecasts per account and align customer needs with services available through our Johnstone Advantage.
Requirements
  • 8+ years related sales experience and/or training.
  • HVAC/R Industry or related wholesale industrial product experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in English in both written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
