Business Development Manager

The company seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to join its team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, driving revenue growth through enhancement sales, and ensuring day-to-day portfolio management and safety operations are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Become the trusted advisor for all commercial clients.
- Understand their unique needs & develop customized maintenance plans.
- Ensure high-quality service & exceed client expectations.
Enhancement Sales:
- Identify & upsell enhancements and additional services.
- Develop compelling proposals & negotiate contracts with clients.
- Track performance & maximize sales success.
Day-to-Day Portfolio Management & Safety:
- Manage daily operations of your client portfolio, ensuring service delivery is consistent and timely.
- Ensure all crews are working in a safe, compliant manner, adhering to safety protocols.
- Be the primary point of contact for client concerns, ensuring immediate attention and resolution.
Salary: $60k - $70k per year, with an expected OTE of 85k +

- Expertise in turf care and golf course maintenance operations.
