Job Overview

The Ware Group LLC is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves selling the Johnstone Advantage, a combination of our services and products, within a specified region or major geographical area.

In this position, you will be responsible for aligning customer needs with our services and products, with the goal of helping customers save time and make money. You will work closely with contractors to support their success in the HVAC/R industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned accounts by executing sales strategies and initiating contact with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and sell HVAC/R services and products that meet those needs.
  • Keep customer information up-to-date, manage individual contract and SKU pricing, and track customer activity and trends.
  • Create goals and forecasts per account and align customer needs with services available through our Johnstone Advantage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years related sales experience and/or training.
  • HVAC/R industry or related wholesale industrial product experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate proficiently in English in both written and verbal formats.
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
