Position Summary

As the Senior Vice President of Business Development, you will collaborate with the Business Development team to elevate our agency's profile and secure new business opportunities. This role involves leading media pitches across the United States, acquiring new clients, and defending existing accounts during reviews. You will also have the chance to work with our Global teams on large, multi-market media pitches. Our team's goal is to establish and nurture long-term client relationships while managing our agency's participation in formal pitch processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Winning Pitch Strategies: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling pitch presentations and deliverables.
  • Lead Pitch Teams: Inspire and support teams to achieve success in pitches, managing relationships with C-Suite and Executive Sponsors.
  • Coordinate Pitch Delivery: Oversee logistics, timelines, and deliverables for pitches, ensuring a seamless execution.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with pitch leadership to ensure a unified strategy across all pitches and maintain accountability among stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in media agencies or marketing business development.
  • Background in media strategy, planning, or investment.
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strategic mindset and exceptional communication abilities.
