Location: Portland, OR

Compensation: Starting at $23-25/hr

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Facilitating lease agreements with new residents.
  • Overseeing marketing efforts and ensuring property availability is communicated effectively.
  • Managing property operations and maintaining documentation for owners and residents.
  • Conducting move-in inspections and addressing any identified issues.
  • Processing and managing maintenance requests for properties.
  • Coordinating tenant maintenance needs and updating both tenants and the Property Manager.
  • Monitoring overdue accounts, conducting rent collection outreach, and issuing collection notifications.
  • Engaging with current rental references and managing written correspondence.
  • Coordinating property upkeep and renovations during move-in inspections.
  • Staying informed about Oregon Landlord-Tenant regulations and ensuring compliance with all notices and maintenance requirements.
  • Managing move-out documentation and notices.
  • Conducting property showings by appointment during vacancies.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to new business operations.
  • Serving as the primary contact for tenant inquiries and providing backup support for owner communications.
  • Assisting with tenant eviction processes as directed by the Property Manager.
