Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations, tracking monthly results, and establishing sales goals and metrics.

Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and network with major Government Contractors. You will also oversee finding new opportunities on major procurement portals, such as SAM.GOV and UNGM.org.

A successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be goal-oriented, and have previous experience in responding to RFPs issued by the Government, the United Nations, or their major contractors. They will also be willing and able to work the whole lifecycle of the pursuit process, from identifying an opportunity to developing the proposal and submitting it.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience. This position requires excellent written and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
