We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and be able to effectively manage a remote team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a remote team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, consistently delivering results-driven performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
