As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our credit program strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of next-generation credit programs, including market segment identification, competitor analysis, and integration of advanced analytic models and scorecards.
  • Partner with operational departments to improve program offerings and drive business growth.
  • Oversee and develop a team of program and market research managers.
  • Collaborate with senior-level executives to drive the strategic credit program agenda of the company.
  • Plan and oversee ongoing credit program excellence, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in credit program development and management, including credit rule creation and implementation using advanced analytic models and technologies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Expert ability to understand and interpret advanced analytics, machine learning models, and technology usage for program management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
  • Experience in auto finance and strong leadership skills.
