Residential Director

The Charles River Center is seeking a highly skilled Residential Cluster Director to oversee the development, management, and administration of person-centered supports provided to participants within a cluster of group homes. This role will be responsible for providing oversight to Program Directors and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries.

This position will be based in the Brockton area and will involve working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve services and outcomes for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of person-centered supports for participants within the cluster of group homes.
• Provide guidance and oversight to Program Directors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve services and outcomes for participants.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a health/human service-related field.
• Three years' experience in the human services field, with at least two years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience developing and opening group living environments.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings.
