Our founders possess unmatched expertise in the AI domain; one has led AI product and business development teams at a leading enterprise automation company, while the other has directed engineering teams at a major tech giant, successfully launching enterprise AI products over the past decade. During our beta phase, we partnered with some of the largest global organizations to implement our product, saving valuable time for users. Our team includes top-tier engineering, research, and design professionals from leading companies, and we have recently secured a Series A funding round from prominent venture capitalists known for supporting transformative companies.

Role Overview

As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in shaping a groundbreaking product category. AI Automation is poised to become essential in enterprises worldwide, alleviating the burden of monotonous and tedious tasks. This is an opportune moment to contribute to the evolution of automation technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the founders to refine the product vision and develop a comprehensive product strategy.
  • Define the value proposition, identify target customer segments and personas, address their challenges, and formulate pricing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create a detailed product roadmap, outlining requirements, user stories, and precise product specifications for this emerging product category.
  • Lead product launches, including positioning, customer onboarding, support, and performance metrics.
  • Establish effective partnerships with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful product delivery while managing product objectives and key results.
  • Devise and implement strategies for product growth, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of successfully building products from inception to launch in startup or large technology environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML products.
  • Background in enterprise software development.
  • Strong interest in AI and familiarity with AI tools as a user.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with highly technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Bonus points for prior experience in workflow automation or AI-focused products.
