    • Comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including those related to safety, health, and wage and hour.
  • Event Planning and Execution:
    • Assist in planning and organizing events within the food and beverage division.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
    • Monitor and control event budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on event performance and financial results.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Minimum of two-year degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts Management, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Possess at least 5 years of experience in the management of a high-volume food and beverage operation providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
    • Previous experience in supervising large teams.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
    • Proficiency in computer software and systems.
