Hybrid model with specified onsite days.

Key Responsibilities:

Chargeback Management:

The analyst will oversee the prompt evaluation and verification of debit memos related to chargebacks, ensuring complete accuracy.

Daily interactions with wholesalers will be necessary to resolve chargeback discrepancies and manage accounts effectively.

Accurate chargeback issuance is crucial for maintaining reliable sales data, which is utilized for sales strategies and profitability assessments.


Analytical Duties:

The role involves analyzing accounts using internal reporting tools to identify error trends and reporting findings to management.

  • Research and investigate chargeback errors to mitigate issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments.
  • Provide insights on indirect sales reporting and identify trends.
  • Manage relationships with wholesalers and lead discussions to resolve issues.
  • Support audit processes and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with IT for system-related issues.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant corporate environment, particularly in finance or customer service roles.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with chargeback processing systems is advantageous.

Personal Attributes:
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
