Core Duties Include:

  • Engaging in telephone outreach and in-person meetings to identify potential clients
  • Conducting thorough client needs assessments
  • Creating tailored solutions for both new and existing clients, encompassing Hardware, Software, and Managed Services within a designated area
  • Demonstrating solutions to clients
  • Presenting and finalizing sales proposals
  • Overseeing client relationships throughout the duration of their contracts
  • Fostering growth and expansion within your assigned territory
  • Achieving or surpassing sales and profit targets
  • Collaborating closely with sales managers, trainers, analysts, and other support staff
  • Performing additional tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in business-to-business sales
  • Proficiency in cold calling and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Strong leadership capabilities and professionalism
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 4 years of successful experience in business-to-business sales, preferably within the industry
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed established sales quotas
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Capability to communicate effectively via phone and utilize various computer applications
  • Proficient in typing and composing written communications
  • Ability to travel to client locations
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods when necessary
  • Occasional lifting of 20+ lbs
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Consistent and dependable attendance is required
