Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Construction Materials Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and generating new commercial business, as well as performing cold-calls in the field to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and identify new sales opportunities
  • Prospect and generate new commercial business through targeted outreach and sales efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
