Job Title: Sales Account Manager - Automotive Electrification Solutions

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Partner's Consulting Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for the automotive industry, particularly in electrification solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage an existing customer base in the US, Canada, and Mexico
* Coordinate sales projects up to order placement
* Prepare calculations and customer-specific offers in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
* Acquire new customers and projects in the international growth markets for Automotive electrification
* Co-design, implement, and further develop sales strategies
* Lead contract negotiations and track customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or associate's degree with a commercial or technical background
* At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in sales of technically complex products, including at least 3 years in the automotive sector
* High degree of solution orientation, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Knowledge of project management
* Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter or SAP is desirable
* Business fluent English skills are required
* Willingness to travel (internationally) from time to time
