Job Summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to support clinic growth through excellence in execution of practice management and patient intake processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Director to carry out efficient clinic procedures
  • Support the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation
  • Manage schedule efficiently, collect all money due at the time of service, and convert referrals into evaluations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, create an inviting clinic atmosphere, and make welcome calls
  • Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
  • Manage non-clinical documentation, deposits, and caseload
  • Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, work with little to no supervision, and meet deadlines
  • Efficient time management and presentation skills
