Pet Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospitals. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit new clients and promote hospital services to maximize productivity and client satisfaction
- Coordinate the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective care
- Provide exceptional client service, including welcoming clients and pets, educating them about their pet's health, and assisting with administrative tasks
- Manage finances, maintain accurate balances, and utilize proper opening and closing procedures
- Perform administrative functions as necessary, including data entry and record-keeping
- Leadership and customer focus skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
This position requires the ability to work at a computer for long periods of time, be confident around pets, and work in a moderately high noise level environment. The associate must also be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb, as well as manipulate up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
