About the Role

The Office Coordinator is an entry-level office role responsible for maintaining pleasant and consistent daily operations of the clinic. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in multiple computer programs each day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Schedule new referrals received by fax or telephone from patients and physician offices.
  • Verify insurance coverage for patients.
  • Collect patient payments.
  • Maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational detail and ability to multitask.
  • Efficient time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
  • A strong level of comfort navigating a computer and ability to learn new computer programs.
