We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for selling consultative advertising solutions to local small businesses in your assigned territory.

With a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from home, this position offers unlimited income potential. You will be an independent contractor, working on a commission-only basis to sell Direct Mail, Digital Marketing, and Online Media programs within your local market.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling to small businesses or a related field, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. They should also be able to function well in fast-paced environments and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A valid driver's license, motor vehicle insurance, and passing motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check are required. The compensation for this position is commission-only, based on sales results, with uncapped earnings potential.

This role requires a strong understanding of local trends and competition, as well as the ability to maintain accurate sales activity records and collaborate with team leaders.
