About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Flooring Industry Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new and existing accounts, conducting site inspections, delivering proposals, and demonstrating our materials. You will also work closely with our team to provide accurate information for customer proposals and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop new skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow regional sales

• Conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials to customers

• Provide accurate information for customer proposals and support business development meetings

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and improve sales performance

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and account/territory development, preferably in the flooring industry

• Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) and authorization to work in the United States

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
