Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at American Towers, driving success in wireless asset leasing deals. With a focus on new business sales across assigned geographic territories, this role requires effective marketing and leasing of communications infrastructure, securing build-to-suit opportunities, and selling American Towers' acquisition, zoning, and permitting services.
Job Description- Maintain a good working knowledge of all product and service offerings within the American Tower Portfolio.
- Provide accurate and timely pipeline and lease-up forecasting in Salesforce.
- Broaden and deepen key relationships within customer accounts to increase account knowledge and influence.
- Develop clear, impactful sales account plans for each assigned customer.
This position involves approximately 10% time outside conventional office environments and up to 50% travel in support of responsibilities. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience and proficiency in using forecasting tools like Salesforce.
