Key Responsibilities:

We seek dedicated professionals who will embody the principles of the Select Medical Way, which emphasizes prioritizing patients, enhancing community quality of life, continuously innovating, delivering high-quality care, and adhering to ethical practices.

When patients transition from the ICU, they may require more specialized, intensive care to achieve full recovery. Our facilities provide an extended acute care environment focusing on mobility, nutrition, and overall wellness—essential elements for restoring patients to their optimal health.

The Vice President of Business Growth will spearhead the business development and admissions initiatives for our hospitals. You will lead a team of Clinical Liaisons and Admissions Coordinators in cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with physicians, discharge planners, payers, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Act as a leader who collaborates with Liaisons in the field and fosters relationships with hospital executives at all levels.
  • Be attentive to your team's needs in the field by removing barriers and investing in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Work alongside hospital directors and CEOs to devise admissions strategies and streamline patient admissions and discharges.
  • Develop effective messaging that Liaisons can utilize in the field to enhance understanding of our specialized care services.
  • Leverage data to analyze hospital and market trends, advising team members and referral sources on best practices.

Qualifications:

We are looking for results-oriented team players. Ideal candidates should be passionate about delivering superior quality in all endeavors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a clinical discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing/sales, including supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship building and mentoring team members.
