Requirements for the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, ideally within the healthcare field

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to enhance the organization's footprint in the healthcare market.
  • Establish and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, referral sources, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise and execute effective business development strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and potential growth areas.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to inform and captivate potential clients and partners.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, sales activities, and outcomes.
  • Provide regular insights on market trends and competitor activities.
Compensation: $90-110K
