Role Summary – Support the daily management of valet services, ensuring operations comply with contractual obligations and company standards. This position emphasizes fostering strong client relationships and maintaining a professional demeanor in all business interactions.

Work Schedule

  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (may vary)
  • Evening Shift: 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM or 2:00 AM (may vary)

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Ensure prompt service for all customers.
  • Assist patrons in entering and exiting their vehicles.
  • Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing valet team.
  • Develop staffing schedules based on expected vehicle volume.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures, ensuring vehicle and key security.
  • Complete daily paperwork in line with audit compliance.
  • Maintain cleanliness in drive lanes and pedestrian areas.
  • Design and implement effective parking strategies to maximize capacity.
  • Quickly identify vehicle makes and models, possessing a general understanding of vehicle operations.
  • Be prepared to cover various roles as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

**Vaccination against COVID-19 is required for employment, with accommodations available for valid medical or religious reasons.**

Compensation: $25.00 per hour (plus tips)

This position is eligible for tips in addition to the hourly wage.

Education and Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 6 months of relevant experience or training, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Driver's License: A valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required. Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle may be necessary depending on the location.

Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication; active listening and clarification; effective responses to inquiries.

Written Communication: Ability to write clearly and informatively; proficient in reading and interpreting written materials.

Customer Service: Maintains a positive attitude; responds professionally and courteously to service requests.

Adaptability: Adjusts to changes in the work environment; effectively manages change, delays, or unexpected situations.

Judgment: Demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.

While performing this job, the employee frequently sits, stands, walks, uses hands and fingers, handles objects, and communicates verbally. The employee will walk and run for extended periods to park and retrieve vehicles, including using stairs and elevators.

The employee may occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is required. Specific vision abilities necessary for this role include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
