Role of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate that at least 40% of your caseload will involve serving bilingual or Spanish-speaking families.
  • Conduct Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments: You will perform comprehensive assessments utilizing tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF to understand each child's unique abilities and behavioral characteristics.
  • Develop and Oversee Customized Treatment Plans: Your role will include designing and closely monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each child.
  • Provide Parent Coaching: You will offer expert guidance to parents, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies necessary to effectively support their child's development.
  • Deliver Ongoing Professional Development to RBTs: Your responsibilities will encompass providing continuous, high-quality training to our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to enhance their skills and ensure the highest standard of care for our children.
  • Assess Child Progress through Data Analysis: You will apply rigorous data analysis techniques to systematically evaluate and track child progress, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and continually refined for optimal outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification (Required).
  • Ability to pass a background check (Required).
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (Required).
  • Ability to pass a Spanish competency exam (Required).
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays using ABA methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
