TBS Clinical Services Supervisor

SUMMARY: Under the guidance of the Program Manager, the Clinical Supervisor is tasked with the organization and authorization of clinical services provided by Therapeutic Behavioral Services coaches. This role ensures that coaches deliver suitable and ethical mental health interventions in alignment with county contracts, targeted objectives, and the standards, procedures, and practices upheld by New Haven Youth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform comprehensive assessments, interpret data, and evaluate new cases or modify treatment plans as required, adhering to county and agency protocols.
2. Allocate referred cases to coaches based on program goals, ensuring that parents, program liaisons, and coaches receive exceptional customer service and timely updates regarding assignments, treatment requirements, and service progress.
3. Organize and oversee coaches in the delivery of services, formulating and supervising intervention strategies as necessary, ensuring that all services are effective, appropriate, professional, documented, and compliant with program guidelines.
4. Supervise the training and performance of coaches, coordinating meetings and approving documentation related to treatment case notes and administrative tasks, including billing, timesheets, and performance evaluations, in accordance with New Haven Youth's administrative processes and county regulations.
5. Facilitate and conduct weekly clinical supervision for active coaches, ensuring educational and clinical oversight to maintain high standards of quality in all services provided.
6. Act as a liaison with New Haven Youth staff, other treatment team members, and parents to foster professional and positive relationships, promoting TBS services as needed, while utilizing customer satisfaction surveys to assess program effectiveness and address any concerns.
7. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance service delivery and program outcomes.
