TBS Program Clinical Supervisor

SUMMARY: Under the guidance of the Program Manager, the Clinical Supervisor is tasked with the oversight and coordination of clinical services provided by Therapeutic Behavioral Services coaches. This role ensures that mental health services and interventions are delivered ethically and effectively, adhering to established standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform comprehensive functional assessments, analyze relevant data, and evaluate new cases or modify treatment plans as necessary, in compliance with agency and county standards.
2. Allocate cases to coaches based on program objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders, including parents and program liaisons, receive high-quality service and timely updates regarding treatment progress.
3. Organize and supervise coaches in the delivery of services, developing and implementing intervention strategies in line with documented plans and analyses to guarantee that all services are effective, professional, and compliant with program guidelines.
4. Oversee the training and performance evaluations of coaches, coordinating meetings and approving documentation related to treatment case notes and administrative tasks, in accordance with organizational processes and governmental regulations.
5. Facilitate weekly clinical supervision sessions for active coaches, ensuring educational and clinical oversight to maintain high standards of service quality.
6. Act as a liaison with New Haven staff, treatment team members, and parents to foster professional relationships and promote TBS services, while utilizing customer satisfaction feedback to assess program effectiveness and address any concerns.
7. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance service delivery and maintain program integrity.
