Role Summary:
As a Medical Assistant at TOI, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient care while advancing your career. We seek compassionate individuals who prioritize patient needs and contribute to our supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct EMR charting to maintain accurate patient records.
  • Gather health histories and current medication details through patient interviews.
  • Measure and document vital signs, including height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, utilizing both manual and device methods.
  • Administer injections as required.
  • Participate in mandatory staff meetings to ensure cohesive team operations.
  • Assist in organizing inventory and stocking examination rooms and laboratories.

  • Provide support at neighboring clinics as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant Diploma program is necessary.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
While a Medical Assistant Certificate is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this role.

Compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, based on individual skills and experience.
