Position Overview

We are in search of a compassionate and driven Bilingual Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both English and Spanish and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing individuals' communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to individuals across various age groups.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including educators and healthcare providers, to facilitate client progress.
  • Maintain precise and current client documentation.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional growth opportunities.
  • Provide guidance to clients and their families on effective communication strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid SLP or SLPA license in California.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Prior experience in a clinical or educational environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
