About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team at The Stepping Stones Group. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct ABA treatment services to children in various settings, including their homes, schools, or within the community.
  • Work under the guidance of a program supervisor to instruct clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence.
  • Assist in addressing challenging behaviors and collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • Commit to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, for a minimum of 6 months.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm with flexibility for those juggling between school.
  • Able to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes.
  • Childcare experience required.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
