Hospitality Service Representative

Role Summary
Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, manage the registration process, and assign rooms. Handle payment transactions, assist with wake-up calls, dining reservations, and provide directions as needed. Respond to phone inquiries and collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Facilitate the check-out process, providing a detailed invoice and offering assistance with a warm farewell.
Work Schedule
Shifts typically include early mornings, afternoons, and overnight hours. Specific schedules may vary by location.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with computer systems and cash registers is advantageous.
- Proficient in resolving issues with professionalism.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, including face-to-face interactions and incoming calls.
- A genuine passion for assisting others.
- Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills; a welcoming smile is a must.
- Availability during weekends and holidays is required.
