Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Myers Tire Supply is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering product and service questions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Answer product and service questions, and provide information about our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Take payment information and other pertinent information
- Inform customers of deals and promotions
- Sell products and services
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Requirements:
- Five or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a distribution or sales-driven organization
- Experience as a team lead or entry-level management experience a plus
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Must be available to work occasional nights
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- JD Edwards experience, preferred
