Facilitate the check-out process, provide detailed billing statements, and extend assistance with a warm farewell.
Work Schedule
Shifts typically range from early morning to late evening, with variations depending on hotel operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with computer systems and cash registers is advantageous.
- Ability to address and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Strong multitasking skills; capable of managing face-to-face interactions and phone inquiries simultaneously.
- A genuine passion for assisting others.
- Outstanding verbal and nonverbal communication skills; a friendly smile is a must.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
