Overview:
The Guest Attendant plays a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere at key moments of interaction within the hospital environment. This position is essential in establishing a positive, supportive, and informative presence for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as a primary resource and connection point in designated areas, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
- Monitors and manages access for patients, families, and guests, ensuring a secure environment.
- Requests additional security support when necessary to address disturbances and maintain safety.
- Exhibits exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrates a proactive, enthusiastic, and helpful demeanor in all interactions.
- Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Handles occasional high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned.
