Job Summary

Family Community Services is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, family members, case managers, and funders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful operation of the client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Referrals: Receive and process referrals from case managers and funders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Client Communication: Communicate client information verbally and in writing using appropriate forms to convey information about the client, including entry of client care plans and completion of client changes as needed.
  • Case Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with case managers to ensure proper service delivery and effective communication.
  • Client Assessment: Assess the needs of clients and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • System Navigation: Navigate and maintain ServTracker and Dashboard systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Team Support: Provide assistance to other staff members with projects and assignments as needed.
  • Multi-Tasking: Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Document Management: Sort and distribute incoming faxes as needed, following appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Professional Representation: Represent Family Community Services positively and professionally to the community.
  • Compliance: Comply with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, family members, case managers, and funders.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft applications and have the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Time Management Skills: Possess strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Transportation: Provide own transportation and have a valid Ohio driver's license and insurance.
  • Criminal Background Check: Be willing to undergo a criminal background check (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation) if applicable.
